As DeFi continues to expand, users are increasingly concentrated within specific ecosystems. While the number of chains grows, distribution does not scale naturally. For teams, reaching users across ecosystems often means redeploying smart contracts on multiple networks, maintaining parallel deployments, and managing fragmented liquidity. What is Spice Flow?

Spice Flow is Spicenet’s distribution plug that makes apps native across chains through a single API/SDK integration, without redeploying smart contracts.

Instead of building and maintaining multi-chain deployments, teams integrate Spice Flow directly into their application. From there, users can access and interact with the app using wallets and assets on their preferred network.

For applications, this means broader distribution without added operational complexity.

For users, it delivers a familiar experience, even when interacting with apps deployed on other networks.

The First Spice Flow Devnet

Since Spice Flow launched in September, we’ve been integrating with over 10 apps across Pharos, Citrea, and Camp. Spice Flow adapters are also live across several testnets: Arbitrum, Ethereum, Base, Avax, Polygon, BNB, Citrea, Camp, and Monad.

This means users from these chains will be able to natively access any of the apps that integrated Spice Flow.

For this first live Devnet, we partnered with @brokex on @pharos to deliver a real, active trading use case that reflects how users actually interact with financial applications. Brokex is a self-custodial onchain CFD platform built around transparent execution and pricing secured through institutional grade oracles. CFDs provide exposure to global markets like forex, indices, metals, and commodities, making them a strong fit for testing native cross network access.

This Devnet opens Spice Flow to users through a live integration, designed for real usage, real feedback, and a closer look at how cross-network trading works when complexity is handled in the background.

The Devnet will run from Wednesday December 17 to Sunday December 21 and is open exclusively to the Spicenet community. Your feedback will directly shape how we continue developing Spice Flow. Devnets with other partners coming soon.

As mentioned, this Devnet is open only to our community members. You can access it through our Portal and earn points for completing Devnet quests. Completing all quests and providing feedback will earn you 3.6k Portal points.

Devnet closes on Sunday, Dec 21 at 11:59 pm UTC.

We recommend you join from Base or Arbitrum and use wallets other than MM. You will be airdropped testnet Pharos tokens but to participate, you need to have ETH for gas. Use Base or Arbitrum faucets to prepare.

What’s Next?

This Devnet puts Spice Flow in front of real users and real onchain activity.

It allows us to:

• Validate infrastructure behavior in live conditions
• Understand how integrations perform at scale
• Refine product assumptions through structured feedback

As more applications integrate Spice Flow, similar devnets will follow, expanding access and continuing to shape the product through real usage.

With Spicenet approaching mainnet in Q1, Spice Flow is moving toward production-ready cross-chain infrastructure.
